At prettyFIT, we are committed to delivering your perfect pair with care and efficiency. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders above SGD$60 within Singapore and Malaysia or above US$100 for all other international locations, because good deals should come with added value.
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped promptly, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details to follow your delivery
journey every step of the way, right to your doorstep.
1. What are the delivery options available if we are unable to meet the minimum spend for free deliveries?
For Singapore and Malaysia, purchases below SGD$60 will incur a minimum shipping cost of SGD$5 only.
For all other international locations, you may select an item and proceed to the checkout page. Once you have entered your delivery address and details, we will calculate the charge automatically.
Our charges are NOT inclusive of custom taxes and duties.
2. Are there any restricted areas that you do not deliver to?
While we accept deliveries to hotels, you will need to provide the name of the hotel, address and the room number. Deliveries will only be made to the hotel reception, and you are required to inform the reception of a pending delivery. Once the order has been delivered to the reception, it will be considered as delivered. prettyFIT.com.sg shall not be held responsible for any lost orders after goods have been accepted by the hotel reception.
We do not deliver to PO boxes, military and restricted areas, checkpoints, all naval ports and Jurong Island.
3. How can I track my order?
For all local and international orders, once your order is sent for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number via email. You may check on your delivery status with the link that is included in the email.
4. How long does it take to process an order?
We aim to process all orders within 3 - 5 working days from the date of order (excluding weekend and public holidays). This could vary with circumstances such as festive seasons, peak shopping promotions (BFCM), online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of orders.
5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All Singapore orders will be delivered within 2 working days after the order has been processed. A delivery confirmation email will be sent once your order is on its way.
For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on our appointed logistics partners and their respective networks. All international shipments are sent via air freight to ensure timely delivery.
6. What happens if there is no one at home to receive the parcel?
For local orders, should the delivery attempt fail twice, a re-delivery fee of S$5 will apply. Alternatively, you may opt to do self-collection at any of our stores for speedier pickup.
For international orders, please reach out to the email link that is included in the shipping notification together with the tracking number to enquire on the re-delivery status.
7. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect or change orders once your order is confirmed. Kindly ensure the correct shipping address has been provided before making payment.
8. If I placed an order for Store pickup, can I walk in anytime to collect my item?
You may collect your item only after receiving the confirmation email stating that it is ready for pickup. Once notified, you may visit the selected store during operating hours to collect your order..
9. There is a missing/incorrect or defective item in my order, what should I do?
At prettyFIT, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium materials and superior craftsmanship. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

10. I have purchased the wrong size, what can I do?

11. Where are the orders being shipped from?
All orders are currently shipped out of Singapore.
12. Which countries do prettyFIT ship to?
To view the list of countries we ship to and the applicable postage charges, simply add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout. After entering your delivery address, the shipping fees will be automatically calculated. If the shipping charges are not displayed, it means we are
currently unable to deliver to your selected destination.
13. Are Duties and Taxes included for international orders?
For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may be imposed by the destination country and are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the local customs authorities. prettyFIT has no control over these fees and is unable to advise on the exact amount, as customs policies and charges vary by country.
